Activity Log
The kiosk activity log records every action taken by staff in kiosk mode. Use it to see who made changes, what they changed, and when.
Accessing the Activity Log
Click View Activity Log at the bottom of the Kiosk Mode settings dialog, or navigate directly to the activity log page from the sidebar.
The activity log is always accessible in kiosk mode — it is not affected by navigation visibility settings.
Admin or Manager required: Only Admins and Managers can view the activity log.
What Gets Logged
Every mutation made while a kiosk session is active is recorded:
- Creating items (adding a feed item, creating a task)
- Updating items (editing notes, changing a stable assignment)
- Deleting items (removing a feed item, archiving a record)
- Excluding/including horses from programs
Each log entry records:

Filtering the Log
Use the filter dropdowns at the top of the page to narrow results:
- Staff filter — Show actions from a specific staff member
- Entity type filter — Show only changes to a specific type of record (e.g., only feed items)
- Action filter — Show only specific actions (e.g., only deletions)
Filters can be combined. For example, show all feed item deletions by a specific staff member.
Pagination
The log displays 50 entries per page. Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate through older entries.
